To award house points, Professors (attendings) may fill out this form. Please be mindful to keep it to 20 points maximum per shift, which you may need to divide between several different houses. If a student (resident) does something amazing on shift or otherwise, please email Deputy Headmaster Heinrich to assign extra points.
